The Things We Get Into..

Hello Everyone! I hope you all had a LOVELY Valentine's Day. I spent the day with my mummy and I loved every moment with her. My mum is my best friend for those of you that don't know and we always seem to find ourselves in the funniest situations. For example... We went to try out a new yoga studio here in Studio City.... OH MY GOD The worst place we have ever been in our lives. I felt like I was in boot-camp, I don't think we will be going back there again.. what do you think Ma? Haha! We have really started to settle in here and I'm loving it more and more every day. For Valentine's Day me and Mum decided to drive down to Santa Barbara which is about a 2 hour drive (with traffic) for us. When we got there we rented beach cruisers (bicycles) and rode for hours along the beach front and eventually ended up at a STARBUCKS!! Our favorite place in the world haha. Apart from running into people, riding into bushes & having achy bums we did GREAT! There was a skate park there right besides the beach where we stopped to watch all the crazy people do tricks on skate-boards and bikes which was a lot of fun. Lunch was an experience... we found a restaurant on the pier and ate LOTS of peanuts (they had a big barrel of them in the shells). Our drive back to Studio City felt long because traffic is just always around you in LA but we finally made it home EXHAUSTED! We didn't eat any chocolate on Valentine's Day... we ate WAY to much the day before haha. Mum & I found a British shop in Santa Monica where they sell EVERY kind of English food and chocolate you could ever dream of... it was HEAVEN! We bought jelly babies, gummy fruit pastels, Dairy Milk chocolate and magazines :) PERFECT! Today the weather outside is gorgeous, sunny blue skies about 75 degrees I'd guess! I think I might have to go and sit outside in the sun for a little bit and take advantage of such a lovely climate. I have just started my new English course online and did about 3 hours of work today.. not so fun but gotta get it done! I'm not too sure what the plans are for later today but I DO know in three days my Daddy is coming out to LA to visit mum & I and I can't wait!!
